    Mon 25 Mar 2019 S. Murray

Manchester Adult Education Service are holding a taster session for parents for their Family English course. The taster session will be on Wednesday 24th April at 9.15am. If parents attend this, there will be the chance to take part in a longer course based at Broadhurst Community Centre.

This is a great opportunity to help your child with Phonics, Reading and Writing and will give you lots of tips on how to support in a fun way.

Fill in your slip or get a slip from the Office and let us know that you are coming. Places will go fast, so get signed up!

  • Moston Fields'Talent Show March 2019

    Sun 24 Mar 2019 S. Murray

smileyWhat an amazing night we had! On Wednesday 20th March we held a Talent Show for KS2 children. When School Council planned the event, we were all excited but none of us could have realised what a wonderful array of talent we were in store for.

Miss Finch and Miss Zara had worked hard to get the children ready and we all waited with bated breath to see how the night would unfold...

On the night, the hall was full of parents, family and friends and there was an excited buzz in the room. Over 20 acts took part - showing lots of different talents - dancing, singing, hula hooping, ventriloquism, acting, signing and even a science lecture on space! The audience response was phenomenal and we all felt wonderfully proud of our children.

Thank you to all who came along and supported and most of all. Thank you to our performers...look out for the returning event next year :-)

  • A very Booky Breakfast!

    Thu 07 Mar 2019 Miss O'Hara
What a great turnout for our Booky Breakfast this morning for World Book Day! It was so inspiring to see so many children, parents and teachers enjoying a read and a nice slice of warm toast on this rainy morning. A big thankyou to our wonderful parents for putting so much effort into their childrens' costumes and for coming along to support us. Look out for the photos here on the website and on Twitter!
