ENJOY THE FEBRUARY HALF TERM!
We hope everyone has a great February half-term holiday. Have a great time and we will see you in a week!
Remember, if you are stuck for something to do over the holidays, we have set you the challenge to create an information book on any part of the animal kingdom. See the link below to read the homework prompt that you should have taken home.
For the second half of the Spring Term, our project is 'Allotment'.
We will be growing (and tasting!) our own fruit and vegetables in the school allotment.
We will also be finding out about food grown in the UK and abroad and about the farming methods used to achieve this.
If you have any relatives who have a plot at a local allotment then, please, let us know. It would be great if we could come and visit!
This half term, our learning project is 'Beast Creator' - we are finding out all about the amazing world of invertebrates - from ones that live in our school grounds to some of the world's most deadliest creatures!
We will also be looking after some of our own invertebrates, as well as designing some imaginary creatures!
